Alyssa - Physical Therapist

Alyssa grew up in a small town in New Jersey, before moving to Orange County, CA with her family when she was 14. She then moved to San Diego for college and got her Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University in Kinesiology. She then went straight into the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at San Diego State and graduated in 2022. She is now a Physical Therapist with ProActive PT in Carmel Valley and has earned specialty certifications to add to her practice such as her Certification in Applied Functional Science. Her favorite thing about being a PT is seeing how much physical therapy can help others return to what they love doing and live healthy, happy lives. In her spare time, Alyssa loves running, going on walks with her dog, hiking, working out at the gym, and spending time at the beach.
